From Monday 6th August to Saturday 11th August, various staff and volunteers from the West Somerset Railway are going to be featured on Simon Parkin’s regular “Off Street Parkin” Â feature at approximately 11:45 AM on BBC Somerset radio.
The features will be as follows:
Interview with Paul Conibeare at approximately 10:45 AM on Monday 6th of August.
Approximately 11:45 AM on Monday, interview with one of the drivers.
Approximately 11:45 AM on Tuesday, interview with Colin from Friends of Stogumber Station.
Approximately 11:45 AM on Wednesday, interview with Claire Sheppy about the heritage carriages project.
Approximately 11:45 AM on Thursday, interview with Steve, who is one of the booking clerks at Watchet.
Approximately 11:45 AM on Friday, interviews with various passengers on the train on the day that Simon visited and travelled from Bishops Lydeard to Williton.
Approximately 7:20 AM on Saturday , interview with John Parsons, Williton stationmaster and also the duty signalman on the day of Simon Parkin’s visit.
